After receipt of your order you will receive a prepayment invoice incl. QR deposit slip from us (e-mail). The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment usually within one day, unless otherwise noted in the item description. We do not have a retail store and do not store goods at our company location. A pickup of the goods on site is therefore not or only in exceptional cases and after consultation possible!
